How to use the equalizer

Play and adjustChoose your audio file and press Play. You can move the sliders while it plays.
Presets and bandsPick a preset or adjust each band: Bass for low sounds such as kicks and bass lines, Mid for voices and instruments, Treble for brightness and detail.
The pink curveShows how the sound is changed at each frequency. The flat line in the middle means no change.
DownloadWhen you like it, download the file as MP3 or WAV.

Boosting frequencies makes the track louder and can cause distortion. If that happens, the tool lowers the volume of the final file just enough to avoid it and tells you by how much, so the downloaded file may sound slightly quieter than the preview.
